What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service hours are 9am - 5pm PST Monday - Friday. All questions are responded to within 24-48 hours on business days. 

 

Can I make changes to my order?

If you placed an order and would like to add or remove an item, you will have 4 hours from when you placed your order to cancel your order as we do not have the ability to add or remove items from your order. Please notify us within the 4 hours that you have placed your order or we will not have the ability to cancel it as we process items pretty quickly. It will be out of our hands and on it's way to you.

 

What does it mean when an item says Pre-order Now Ships?

Pre-order now means the item will be available to ship on that date. The date stated is when the item ships. You are charged to reserve your item for that ship date.

 

If I purchased more than one item and one of the items are on pre-order when will I receive my shipment?

Pre-order items will be shipped when available. All other items will be processed and shipped during regular processing times. 

 

My package was marked as delivered, but I can't find it?

The best course of action is to report and file the package as missing mail with delivery courier. Rvfrshed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Rvfrshed will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Why have only certain items been delivered?

Some items are "Pre-Order" only and are shipped when available. Other items are custom made and take longer to ship. Please pay close attention to ship dates and email us at Contact@rvfrshed.com if your fulfillment time has passed.

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, you may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Wells devotes her time being an advocate helping embark readers and users toward embracing their self love journey. After years of research, experience and specializing in Personal Development, Self-Worth, and Transformational Healing, De’Arrika used her skills to debut “Refreshed in 30: The Ultimate 30 day Guide to Self Worth.” Besides being an author De’Arrika is the co-owner and brand ambassador of Naked Cravings Lingerie, a brand committed to empowering and building the self-esteem of women. She has a genuine passion for helping others and has committed her life to being a catalyst for change to others. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology and strives to further her education each day. Outside of work, she values spending time with her family being the oldest of ten children. During her free time, she travels often and loves to enjoy a great meal at new restaurants with her sister.
